Nothing Really Matters

29 Sep

Does anyone else have the Bohemian Rhapsody running through their heads while reading The Stranger?

Also, who ever would have thought that that piece would show up once, let alone twice on a blog about classic literature?  Do yourself a favor, go back and read through the comments on that post.  Oh, that was a good one.

This is a perfect theme song for The Stranger. I wonder if the members of Queen read it.

Thank you for clarifying the words of the “Bohemian Rhapsody,” too. Who knew.

Nope. I keep hearing The Cure’s Killing an Arab, which is about this book. It’s from about 1982, and I don’t even like that song….

Oh, I’m going to have to look that one up. I’m not familiar with it, or at least I think I’m not. Most likely I’ll hear it and say, “Oooooh, that one!”
